Disney's All-Star Music Resort — Attraction in Four Corners

Checked in this morning and dropped off our luggage at the front. We were told not to worry, and that our luggage would be in our room before we returned for the first nights stay. We returned to the room to no luggage. Called and was put on hold for 15 minutes after being "transfered" to our hotel. This happened 4 times. An hour on hold and the last representative of Disney said "are they just not picking up their phones?" I went to the desk and they told me to go back to my room because it was in route while I walked to the desk. (We are in the last building on the property) mind you I have an upset, tired 3 year old with no night wear available. Get back to the room to no luggage. Phones still won't answer. Walk back. They say it's been delivered. I said no. They say yes it just did I called the delivery guy. I walk back. STILL Nothing. Back to the front desk and they say they lost it. After some calls they delivered it to the wrong room and gave me no reason as to why they couldn't answer a phone. Lowsy...

We’ve been fans for years, but sadly our experiences at Disney property have lacked past year. I’m so excited to announce that this was so not the case! After having been extremely discouraged at Fort Wilderness in January, this stay this week at Disney’s All Star Music brought the Magic back for our family! Everything was clean, staff super friendly again, and the fun is all around! We loved the theming in our section as well as all over the resort. Food was average for Disney Quick Service but we felt like it was better than it was at a stay at nearby All Star Movies exactly a year prior. But the bubbly joyous atmosphere appeared to be back. Acabamos de venir de este hotel de pasar nuestra luna de miel y es precioso . Es de la gama económica así que no esperes unos lujazos. Pero para ser económico esta genial. Las habitaciones muy limpias (siempre entrabas y olía genial), las camas muy cómodas, los empleados del hotel majísimos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo (pero esto en realidad pasa en todo el complejo Disney, sea en hoteles o parques). Nosotros estábamos hospedados en la zona del rock 🎸 , esa zona está algo retirado de la entrada del hotel pero tampoco supone andar muchísimo, aparte la piscina del piano está justo debajo. Las zonas más cercanas a la recepción y autobuses son la de Calipso y la de jazz. Por poner algunas pegas pondría el servicio de comida, no es variado. Y pagas incluso más por una ensalada o plato “sano” que por un perrito o hamburguesa . Eso si destaco mucho el perrito que tienen grande , comen dos personas y esta buenísimo. Pero el problema este de comida lo encontramos en todos los parques Disney, salvo en epcot que estaba la fiesta de la comida . Luego en la tienda del hotel encuentras de todo, tanto para regalos como para higiene íntima por si se te olvida algo o te hace falta , tienes hasta bañadores. Y para mi la mayor pega que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel es que hay sitios como Disney spring y no sé si era epcot o Hollywood studios que solo tienen un autobús para todos los all Stars . Estos hoteles son enormes y hay muchísima gente ya que son los económicos. Y poner solo un autobús para tres supone que vayan masificados, que tengas que ir de pie como en una lata de sardinas o tengas que esperar al siguiente. Pero vamos si quieres ir a Disney y ahorrar dinero en alojamiento te lo recomiendo . Están los tres all Stars pegados . De echo desde la zona de rock ves el sport. Y los autobuses pasan cada 5 min para ir a los parques. Animal kingdom es el más cercano porque los all Stars y animal kingdom longe están en la zona de animal kingdom .
