Family Dollar — Attraction in Frackville

To whom it may concern: My name is Kailan and I am writing this here because I could not find an email for a manager anywhere. Recently, someone I am close with lost someone in death and is still in the process of grief. The photos below are of an assistant manager at the Frackville store lashing out at my friend. I am deeply disgusted by this behavior. I shop at Family Dollar a lot with my grandma, and usually never ever have an issue with the staff. However, the way he was acting out towards her is absolutely uncalled for and disrespectful. I would hate to see how he treats customers in person. I am writing this to demand that something be done about Tylor Blackwell. While he and my friend share the same last name, they are not related. In this area and surrounding it there a lot of people that share the last name of Blackwell. I would also like to mention after politely asking Tylor to take down his post, because he posted it for the wrong reason, he began verbally attacking my best friend. I truly believe that he does not deserve to hold the title of assistant manager. Furthermore, I believe that id this is how he acts towards people over the internet, that he also acts this way towards people face to face. I also would like to state that Tylor, as an assistant manager, is representing the Family Dollar company, even when he is not working. Something like this fails to make the company look good. Personally, this only leads me to believe that these are the kinds of people that can obtain a managerial position. This is a scary and disgusting thought. I can't say it enough, 99% of the employees in this store are the most amazing people on the planet. Super helpful, smiling no matter the bs. Thanks to all of you that brighten my day anytime I come in to shop! Hands down the most helpful and sincere cashier on the face of the earth has got be yr employee Jess! Seriously Corporate, that woman does more in a few hours then most people do in a month, she absolutley deserves a thank you, a promotion and a raise! Other than that the stores usually well-stocked, and it's got quite a variety despite being a smaller store so some of the aisles are a little tight but it's worth it if you're in the area and you just need something quick. Pricing independent certain things are cheaper here like laundry soap and Dish products as opposed to Walmart and just the same some things are higher. Today, July 30 2019 . After completing my transaction. My friend that accompanied me shopping checked out her items . When walking thru the detectors one of us set off buzzers. It was her hair clippers that the very rude cashier didn't scan correctly to deactivate the sticker. Cashier rescanned her items then preceded to tell her that she had a stolen cigarette lighter. Which was not sold in the store. My friend got angry and told both of us not to come back. She was in the wrong and we paid for all our purchases.
