I heard of Black Diamond's wings on a Facebook group and decided to try them. I expected them to be a little above average at best, BUT wow was I proved wrong! These wings are DELICIOUS! They have just the right amount of crisp and are a great size. The sauces are unique and flavorful. I tried the creamy dill and Black Diamond sauce. I'd recommend the creamy dill if you enjoy the taste of dill Pickles, but I'd definitely recommend the BD sauce for anyone. It is creamy and has a tang to it but it not too spicy and is packed with flavor so anyone can enjoy this sauce. I also tried a St.Patricks day special eggs Benedict which was also really good. On our drive home from vacation, we stopped here for lunch due to it being close to the highway. We knew immediately the food would be good from the exterior - places like this exist because locals know where to eat good food! We were greeted when we arrived and service was fast! The chicken slider special was AMAZING - loved having 3 different hot honey sauces! My boyfriend said his cheesesteak was one of the best he has had! Not only is the food delicious, but the people are kind and caring. Driving from Scranton to Hershey Medical Center we stopped here to eat and ended up with a flat tire. The owner, Amber went out of her way to make sure we were safe and taken care of on that rainy, cold night. They helped change our tire to the donut & then called friends to open a garage for us so that we could make it to the hospital. Amber, and the people of Frackville are some of the kindest people I have ever met. 5 Stars for food & service, & 5 Stars for being kind humans. Will come back and recommend...
