4 stars - b/c it’s a 5 star experience and a 3 star price.
Strawberry picking - They have a fantastic little farm. Highly recommend going for the experience, beauty, and presentation. We had a great time and we loved giving our kids the educational experience of picking strawberries and helping them understand where food comes from. Would highly recommend on a beautiful day. They have done a great job with their barn and fields.
But
3 star (average) on price. At over $4+ per lbs for picking your own strawberries seems high. (Emphasis on picking your own.) Still cheaper to buy them at the store. Really not an issue for the experience, but something we would probably do only once a year. If price was right, would be something to consider on a regular basis for in season items. But I do understand price helps keep the barn beautiful and covers the unused items that probably won’t get picked. (My guess is half the strawberries for instance won’t actually be picked this season before they go bad. So they have to compensate for that.)
