Jim Warren is a small park very near to the Johnson Elementary and Freedom Intermediate Schools. The play area is pretty small, but kids would love this place. It has pretty wide open space for adults to walk around. The space has a small pond with places to sit on its banks for enjoying a lovely evening. One other attraction is that this place has small rock formation, perfect enough for a toddler to climb up and down. Overall a great place for spending close to an hour of your evening with kids.

This is a decent park, good trails, artificial pond with a nice operational fountain. The park has a good functional Play area. Ok parking, there is a make shift restroom, not maintained and definitely requires attention. There are huge rocks around and back of the park there is skateboard practice zone. Good to see hand sanitizer station, overall a nice park which require some upkeep and development.

Concrete park with kidney shaped bowl and street plaza. The bowl is 7' deep in the shallow end, waterfalling down to 11' deep with ~10' transitions in the deep end, all metal coping. Smooth concrete, really fun bowl, don't let the size intimidate you! Street area is more of a traditional plaza with several banks, rails, and boxes, most on the high side - not exactly a beginner street area.

The original location for The Franklin Rotary’s Rodeo, Jim Warren Park is one of Franklin’s oldest and best loved parks. Within the last few years it has received a total transformation and is very well maintained ! New baseball, t-ball, and little league football fields. Paved walking trails, playground equipment, outdoor basketball hoops, along with picnic pavilions and concession stands (open at various times) are included in the park. They just finished a new renovation of the tennis courts. The park also has a skateboard park!Jim Warren is located near the outdoor soccer fields on...
