Best 4th of July ever we had, my daughter and I on Saturday July 1st, with my grandson also, at the July 4th Civic Celebration. It was very fun to go and see lots of things going on at the park in Franklin.
First when we came we went straight to the food to see what they had, then we went to buy some tickets for the rides they had there for the kids with their parents, and for grown-ups too. We went to check out some Wrestling guys that we're there to Wrestle. That was awesome 👌.
After the rides, and the Wrestling, we went back to get some food. We ate a lil bit of everything 😋. Ate some fried ravioli, garlic Parmesan shrimp, they tasted so good,my daughter ate a Philly Cheesesteak and I had the footlong hot dog , with some fries, and Lemonade to drink. She also had a large popcorn bag to go. Everything was delicious. We saw older people dancing and some young with live music 🎶, they looked so nice, they brong back the 60's & the 70's music, phenomenal.
On the other side of the park they had some bathrooms open we used instead of the porter potty. My grandson played at the playground with other kids that was there it looked like so much fun. After the playground, we went back to get more food and lemonade. We got some cinnamon donuts, & the loaded fries. Loved the end when they had the fireworks it was out of this world, they have the best fireworks ever, hands down. We're definitely coming back for next year's celebration with other people and family. Thanks for a...
Read moreThis park is a wonderful spot for families and kids of all ages! The playground is really well designed, with a special smaller area perfect for younger children to play safely. There are plenty of swings, open space to run around, and a clean, modern layout that makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids.
One thing that really stands out is how clean the bathrooms are — a huge bonus when you’re out with kids. There’s also a working water fountain conveniently located near the playground, which is perfect for hot days.
Another great feature is that it’s just a short, easy walk to a second park nearby, making it a great little outing if you want a change of scenery without needing to move the car. The whole park feels safe, welcoming, and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back...

Love the food it was delicious, especially the lemonade, and the cheese curds. We ate some of the Philly Cheesesteak, hot dog, fries with the Parmesan shrimp yum, onion rings, the toasted ravioli was to die for. We went for more food after the fireworks, ate some loaded fries and the Cherry Limeade was so delicious. Also some lil cinnamon sugar donuts.
