My son and I had a bad experience at this location today. I’ve been shopping at this Target for approx 8 years now and had never had a bad experience there before today. Overall, the Target employees are some of the friendliest I’ve met, always willing to go above and beyond. However, today, the barista at the Starbucks working at approx 1:00 PM had the rudest demeanor I have ever encountered there. My 11 year old son asked to go and purchase a pink drink at the Starbucks, I gave him a $20 bill (of which I am 100% certain I gave him as it was the only cash I had). The drink cost just under $5 and the barista only gave him some coin change. He said “I gave you a twenty dollar bill” and the lady waved him off and said “no, you gave me a five.” Instead if arguing with her, he came and found me shopping and told me what happened. I then went to the barista myself and explained that I had given my son a $20 bill to pay with and that I would like the right change back. She argued with me, ran to the service counter, then ran back and gave me my change. When she opened the drawer, I stated “you could look in your drawer and I’m certain you will find a crisp twenty dollar bill that had clearly been folded in half. “ The woman wouldn’t even look at me and huffed and said “ummm, no” closed the drawer quickly, and didn’t even bother to check while I was there. Something was so clearly off about this whole encounter. The other barista (who must have been on break) poked her head around the corner and asked if the other woman needed help, and she was quick to brush her off as well. If I wasn’t 100% certain I was right in this situation, I would not have even thought about approaching this woman. And for her to get so defensive immediately and not try to rectify the situation with good, old fashion, quality customer service I would not feel the need to post a google review. My gut feeling is this barista was trying to pull a fast one on a child and when his mom stepped in she went on the defense right away, like a guilty person would do. As long as that woman is working there I will not patron this Starbucks and I will be sure to let others know about my experience...

Stacy in Customer Service was outstanding. I needed to order a product, she took the time and effort to assist me. I do not like ordering at home and feel more comfortable with doing it in the store. She was very professional and patient with me. My gratitude to her. I thing she went above and beyond the expectations. Thank you Stacy.

There are 2 more people, however I do not know their names. A young lady who works in the men's clothing area. I needed a price check to make sure the label was marked correctly. She scanned my product and it did not match the tag on the rack. She took the effort to go to the front of the store and let them know of the correct price to charge me. AWESOME! When I did get to the checkout, another lady informed Sandy of the correct price. No hassle or questions about it. The other person was a gentleman getting an order filled. I stopped him to ask directions for a specific food product. He directed me personally to the correct aisle.
What a fantastic crew of people. I shop here on many occasions and am delighted with the outcome.

Read moreABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!! I'm a college student and my mom and I came to this location on 7/30 around 2pm to use the Target Circle 20% off student discount. However, the third party failed to verify my college ID to use the discount, so we went to customer service to see what could be done. The woman at the return counter (unfortunately forgot to check for her name, but she was a middle-aged woman with brown hair), was friendly and gave me a number to call to see if anything could be done. When I encountered more issues on the phone, this same lady overheard me and immediately brought another woman over to help. My mom and I were very pleasantly surprised, as of course we understood if there was truly nothing the employees could do. However, this helpful woman offered to send someone to manually enter our discount on all the items. The lady who gave us our discount (name tag said Lisa D.) was not only very friendly and talkative with us, but went out of her way to scan all of our items at the self checkout despite my mom saying we could do it ourselves. She then provided us with our discount. These two women left us with a very positive impression on our experience which could have otherwise been very stressful with the discount ordeal, and we both wanted to come and say thank you to these women who did an extraordinary customer service job today!...
