Beautiful view from the deck. The path was litter free. We got a map at the ranger station. The ranger was very nice and helpful. On the hike, we did spot deer, which only added to the beauty of the area. The hike itself was nice. There were no mile markers, so we had no idea how far we were. It was a hike with my old knees, but made it and I was glad I did. The view was spectacular!

It is steep hike. The observation deck just gives you the view of the visitor center and grounds. You cannot see Seneca rocks. Although you can go past the danger sign and try to climb the rocks but everybody cannot do that. It is vertical fall on both side. If you are hiking thinking you will get better view of rocks, pls avoid as you get no view from observation deck.

Wow wow what an amazing experience it was from the visitor center at the beginning which was very informative about the wildlife and the American army training that took place there to the wonderful hike to of course the famous view on top it and of course there is the spot to sneak by to the dangerous part and wasn't that nice 👍👍👍👍. All in all it was a great experience and day out to kick off our west Virginia trip. I couldn't have asked for a better place to go. They told us the hike was about 45 but I think it was...
