There was a food truck that served us the best sliced brisket sandwich EVER on Sunday! Unk's BBQ. There was just enough fat on the brisket to make it PERFECTION. We have taken "The Ultimate TX Hill Country BBQ Road Trip" but this guy served more meat on his sandwich than any of those places listed!!!
