I'm gonna say this lookout is amazing for sunrise. The view is fantastic and perfect for any amateur photographers, or anyone wanting to see the sunrise over Frederick. But the biggest problem is the parking lot is closed. Maybe it's a seasonal lot. But its disappointing to have to hike up the rocky trail or park illegally on the side...
