I had to return nail polish remover that I purchased from Mowry Walgreens. I had receipt that was issued by them. The cashier had difficulty returning the item at Decoto Rd Walgreens so he called the manager. Andrew came to help his cashier n I was told that the receipt had misprint so they can't give me cash back but I will be issued a store credit . I asked Andrew how is it my fault if the cashier didn't change her ribbon on cash register n was issuing receipts from it. Andrew the manager said if I go to Mowry Walgreens they will give me cash. The amount was $6.63. I made purchase of $26.00 which I told Andrew that I will use it towards that. It boggles my mind when a manager can't make the right call..it only takes common sense to make the right decision. After I was given store credit the cashier told me to use it another time coz I was using $5.00 off towards $20 purchase which would be in points not cash. If m using $6.63 off my purchase it brings the total down to $19. This guy is on cash register and doesn't understand that store credit is same as cash it's not another discount. If the Manager is not smart u can't expect the cashier to be any better Walgreens team including the Managers need to be educated on...
Read moreI am going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. If you want to do health-related business then you need to respect patients needs and supply the right number of staff. I did the express checkout on my phone to expedite my medicines pickup. I saw the charge on my card. The next day my partner stopped by to pick them up, they had him pay again claiming they they didn't charge me! Not to mention that they always have long long line. Never organized, they don't ask who did express checkout. And the sad part is to see older or disabled people waiting in a long line. Those people should...
Read moreIf you like waiting in line for at least 30mn each time, and then finally arrive at the counter to be told your meds are not available, and that you have to come back another day (and this repeated each time I went there, so 4 days/times total before I finally gave up), then that's the right pharmacy for you.
Doctor moved my prescriptions to this place because it was closer to home. The employee at the counter don't even care about you, and often pretend to do something else to avoid looking at the long waiting line in front of them. No thank you, but I will be going back to my previous location. I rather drive a little bit longer and pay a little bit more, but have good service with less wait, than going to this...
