Terrible Customer Service – Do Not Recommend We visited this restaurant as a group of 14, including kids, for dinner, and our bill was around $250. One of the items, a 12-piece chicken tandoori wings, was not good (spoiled). We politely requested either a replacement or a refund, but the staff refused. After checking with the owner, they claimed they would recook the same pieces and serve them again. Shockingly, they simply deep-fried the same wings and brought them back. We left the dish untouched on the table and decided we’re never coming back. It’s unacceptable that for a $250 bill, they couldn’t replace a single $20 item. Even worse, the staff showed no respect, courtesy, or professionalism throughout the interaction. No smiles, no proper response—just plain rude behavior. If this restaurant wants to retain customers, the owner seriously needs to invest in training the staff in basic customer service. We are paying for food, not receiving it for free, and expect to be treated with dignity. This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. For anyone considering this place for a family dinner or party, save yourself the trouble and avoid it at all costs.

Awful Staff Behavior – Never Coming Back I recently visited Tandoori Pizza with high expectations, but the experience was ruined by the staff’s terrible attitude. From the moment we walked in, they acted as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. No smiles, no warmth—just an air of indifference and rudeness, as if they were the ones paying for our food. When we asked simple questions about the menu, the staff responded impatiently and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. To make matters worse, when we pointed out an issue with our order, instead of addressing it professionally, they became defensive and dismissive. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. Good food is important, but a restaurant’s service can make or break the experience. At Tandoori Pizza, the staff’s behavior completely overshadowed the meal. If the management doesn’t address this issue, they’re going to lose customers fast. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with dignity when dining out. Avoid it unless you enjoy being made to feel unwelcome!

Absolute garbage customer service. Don’t let the picture fool you the pizza was mediocre at best. When I went to get pizza with my husband it was more than a 45 minute wait. After, when the guy brought out our pizza I said thank you he replied nothing. Rude. Cant remember the name of the pizza we ordered but it had chicken curry on it and we both did not enjoy it…not worth the money….But then even worse…. My sister went here with her husband and small child today and They asked the four people in line if they are in line they said no. They were standing and looking at the menu which is posted no where else but the counter and the guy comes out and points at a lady. Just points at her. Says nothing. Gives us a weird look. Even though he could have said ,”oh I have to help them first there’s a menu on the other counter. “ Nope he continues to be rude so we left.

I have been buying pizzas from here for the last several years including birthday parties and other social gatherings - never had issues with them before. Yesterday, I ordered 5 pizzas for a birthday party (almost $150 of business) and picked them up without incident. At the party, a few additional guests called in to say they would show up and so, I called the store to order two additional large pizzas. About 30 mins later, some of the guests called again to say they would not make it and so, I called the store to see if they could cancel. They said no as they had started making the pizzas - so, I requested to see if I could pick up only one large pizza (instead of two) as I did not want to waste the second one. Whoever had picked up the store phone (and I suspect it may have been the kitchen staff instead of the front-desk staff) said YES and that they were ok with me picking up only one of the pizzas. I asked them again and he confirmed. Later, when I went to pick up the pizza, the front-desk guy completely denied that anyone had agreed for me to pick up only one pizza and kept arguing that I would have to pay for both. They manager also denied my prior conversation with their staff. Unfortunately, I did not have a recording of the conversation - otherwise, I would have loved to play it back to them.

Thinking about it objectively, I do not have a problem paying for pizzas I have ordered as I can completely see their point about preparing the pizzas ahead of time. However, their convenient dismissal of my conversation with their staff is what irked me, especially having done significant business with them earlier the same day and over the years. Seemed to show a lack of integrity and a bit of penny-wise pound-foolishness. Business is as much about the goodwill and trust as it is about the product. I will not be ordering from this...
