I really wish i could leave zero stars for this review. I never comment or leave reviews on anything but words cant describe how horrible my experience was at this airport. I would rather fly to the nearest airport and drive the rest of the way to get to my destination then ever step a foot back in this place. My boyfriend and i spent some time in sequoia and booked a flight for 8:15am to arrive in sandiego by 9:30 am. Ive never flown with Alaskan airlines but they qre one of the only flights direct to san Diego so we bought those tickets. The machines werent working so we waited for the alaskan employee to get to his desk. It was about fifteen minutes and three people were in front of us. We were waiting since 730 and no one came to the desk. I asked a different employee how i get through to someone he told me to go information. I walk to the information desk and there was of course no one there. I turn abound and finally see the Alaskan employee on the line at Starbucks having a full blown conversation with the person who worked there. I approach him and tell him we have been waiting and that our flight is about to leave and he literally could not care less. He took his time, we missed our flight and not even an apology. Then he tells us we can buy tickets for the next flight at 12. But they only have first class available and it was going to be $125 each. We said thats fine and wanted to purchase them. Then he tells us they dont have those available and actually oversold ten tickets and the next flight wouldnt be until the next day. Honestly, i have no idea what this guy was thinking and still cant get over how much he didnt care that we missed are flight and he said there was nothing he could do. Still not a single apology. I dont like making peoples jobs harder and i really always but this was unacceptable. We then tried to rent a car to drive to san Diego and they didnt have any cars left even though we had just dropped off the car we got without a reservation. Every single person we encountered was completely incompetent and and as careless as they come. Ive traveled overseas plenty and not once has anything been even remotely close to this really...
