Fresno Yosemite International Airport Long Term Parking — Local services in Fresno

This is my home airport, small and local. I love how close and convenient it is. The bathrooms ..... Nov, 2022, the bathroom in the upper level newer addition has been upgraded! So much better! I just don't know if the other, older bathrooms have been done too. I increased my number of Stars for that reason. The carpets in the main concourse are worn and sad. I do love the Big Trees, of course.

The pre-check line isn't always open, which I don't understand. And recently, they switched the Pre-check line to the LEFT side - don't wait in the wrong line.

The ride-share waiting areas have been pushed too far away from the baggage claim area, where travel-weary people exit. I know "they" have done that on purpose. I just don't like it. Having more parking, in the new garage, is a nice improvement, so we now have a Chance of leaving our car indoors,...

Traveled through Fresno Yosemite Airport this week while I was in town visiting during a funeral. The airport was easy to get in and out of but is also extremely busy. I didn't expect security to be over 20 mins in a small airport, but this place was packed. They have limited food options and seating once you get past security. There are definitely not enough seats for as many people fly in and out of here.

The rental car facilities were located on site in Baggage claim, but be advised and pre book your rental car before you get there. They were out of cars when I arrived, and I even checked the website the day before as I flew in at the last minute.

I fly out of here a lot, at least 24 times a year.

Pros: Regional airport so it s easy to navigate. Lots of flights to almost every West Coast or Central US hub. 90% of the staff are great people with a good attitude. Cellular coverage is great. Bar upstairs is great for a Bloody Mary or bowl of oatmeal.

Cons: TSA is very inconsistent. Taking the 530 am flight can be painful. -- Realize the ticketing will open about 345 am. -- TSA is not open until 4 -- Consider those two points when arriving.

All in all, the airport is run fairly well. People are people so be prepared to deal with lots of...
