Really nice park, with tons of awesome equipment that looks brand new. There are “big kid” and “little kid” playground structures, built on bouncy rubber flooring. Tons of options for kids who like to climb. There are also swings and a sand pit, and a really great area with exercise equipment for adults. I’ve never seen an outdoor park with equipment of this caliber! Basketball court, soccer goal, and a baseball diamond are on the outer edges of the park, plus a huge field and a covered picnic table. My complaint is that there in NO shade when on the playground areas. My kids who normally are not bothered by heat or sun withered in the heat when we went today (around 5 pm on a sunny July day) and only lasted about 20 minutes before they were ready to leave. If there was some sort of awning or more trees it would be more enjoyable.

I was asked to update my review since the park is finished. It took almost 11 months to finish. Whoever was in charge of this needs to do better. The park is fantastic; however, and it offers so much for every age group. I've seen babies and teens love it equally. It's helped me exercise and lose weight. Truly a fantastic park.

I would suggest more seating and covered areas. A splash pad would complete the park. It's the only thing it doesn't have. I think all Texas parks could use a splash pad! Lol it's hot.

I'd give the park 5 starts, but I'm still butt hurt over it taking nearly a year to finish. This had to have been a Government job lol next time some private contractors. Happy to have the park back, though. It's made this summer a lot easier so far.

Original review:

The park was great. The playground was average but it also offered a large field where there were different nets and goals, as well as a basketball course. The playground; however, has been removed. We moved in a month ago to the neighborhood. Been to the park 4 times. Went to go again and the entire playground was removed and taped off. The husband and I walked around the whole thing searching for a sign to see what was going to be replaced there. We couldn't find anything. We didn't receive any information about it. It's summertime... this and the community pool are what we factored in when deciding on the neighborhood. Hopefully, it...

New Condition playground offering plenty of equipment to entertain all ages. Some unique features, which makes for a more fun visit for the kiddos. Has separate climbing area for kids. Also has soccer field, basketball court, handball wall, some exercise equipment, and a nice, sturdy netted table, for ping pong or similar type activity. Only negative= No bathrooms. Overall, very nice playground that we'll definitely...
