Pretty nice place for the kids/family to hang out and have a hood time. Doesn't cost too much (I believe it was $11-13), can also bring in outside drinks and food, and can be any kind of bag. They have rentals for cabanas. When we called, we were told we didn't have to rent one, could just come early enough to find a spot. Now here is the problem we had. We got a table with the umbrella. Sounded great until the wind HARDLY blew and the FREAKING UMBRELLA FELL ON MY MOTHERRR AND GRANDMOTHER!! Knocked them in the head, and now it was wonderful that the staff did as they should and made sure they were ok and did a report. But what bothered me and my family was that we requested to have a refund for my mother and grandmother, and their response was,'we are sorry, we won't be able to issue a refund' then told us we need to secure the umbrella at the bottom. We'll that's what we did at first, but it is NOT secure at all. We didn't worry about the refund much since they were terribly hurt, thank God. We just moved to the bench and enjoyed our time. (Sorry for the small rant) I say that all to say, it's a good place, butt please watch...
Read moreWe went on a holiday weekend and I was surprised at how it didn’t feel crowded. We arrived 30minutes after opening. Lines were 5 minutes or less for slides. The splash pad play areas for toddlers was fantastic. The lazy river had good flow, but we did have two moments of feeling more crowded with just larger groups of people in the river. It’s ok, just an observation! Plenty of lifeguards around. I love that you can bring in your own food and bevg’s. to save money. There was lots of shaded seating. One thing to note: It started raining and we were under a shaded seating area but were still getting very wet (the rain was going sideways and coming through the smallest crack of the space in between one umbrella tent thing and the other). We laughed but it was chilly. Bathroom facilities were very neat and clean! Pretty laid back in terms of checking...
Read moreLots of fun features, the park is about halfway between Hawaiian Falls and Heights Aquatic Center; they don't have the big crazy stuff like Hawaiian Falls but nice big playground with Splash bucket surrounded by water. They've got a couple of big and fast water slides for kids over 48 in tall. staff were very friendly, the park was clean. Shade is at a premium, though. Even in the toddler area. It felt like there was a lot of walking for a park that size, to get from one feature to the other there wasn't always direct access. However, there are always ramps and arched Bridges that made it very accessible for people using Walkers or wheelchairs or anything like that. It's pretty stroller-friendly. They were low on inter tubes for the Lazy River, but they had plenty of life jackets available in different sizes...
