Ah i am so conflicted because this place is great and really fun but what I saw of hygine and lack of response disturbed me. So we were on this really fun lazy river and a little boy got a bloody nose. He got quite a bit of blood in the water. So my family and I got out. He ran to the bathroom and dripped blood everywhere. He passed at least three life gaurds who didn't seem to worried. He was desperately looking for help. I showed him the bathroom and told him to walk toward a worker by there. I told a life gaurd that there was a lot of blood in the water and she just noded. People were all still in the water. I told anotjer life gaurd who blew a whistle. But still it wasn't until TEN MINUTES LATER that they pulled people out of the river. I am seriously shocked. What a bummer because we had so much fun and my kids really enjoyed it. And everyone was so kind. But you can't just ignore blood... They have babies wear plastic over their swim diapers which I thought was awesome. But their response to the blood was so delayed and unserious that I was disappointed.

Great place for the price and really lax on their limitations.

I came here with the girlfriend as a spur of the moment adventure and was completely surprised at our enjoyment for the day. Pricing is perfect. The all day passes start to get a little high but most people will either take the half day or Night Rider (after 630 pm) the latter of which is only $6.50! There are also plenty of package deals which include the blasters/ min-golf in a single ticket. It's easy to see how people can come here and make a full day trip out of the small water park, and other attractions.

Probably one of the best aspects about this place is the lack of babysitting the facility does after ticket purchase. All food/drinks are allowed other than alcohol (for obvious reasons). The back pack inspection was quick and didn't feel like you were going through an airport security line. They also allow ALL (yes you read that ALL) flotation devices. This includes lifejackets/ floaties/ intertubes. I hope they never change those 2 policies because it's amazing to come to a resort which doesn't feel the need to force you into buying their overpriced food or rental tubes. If you don't have inter tubes don't worry. There is only one ride which requires them and the park provides them for free. Another ride requires mats to slide on and they are also provided for free. It's amazing this small facility can get by offering things for free but larger establishments down the road require tube rentals to go on their slides on top of their entrance fees.

Kids will love the giant pirate ship which they can climb on full with cannons and the kids pool. Let their imagination run wild.

The park also has onsite RV camping (what it started as originally). The pricing for the sites are a little high given how small they are but that is because all campsites get discounted by 10% if you hold a season pass to the resort. Lets be honest if you're camping here you're coming for the other attractions, not to get away from people. I have no idea why anyone would camp here without holding tickets to enter the park.

The only reason this review didn't get a 5 star was because despite the fun we had it would have been nice to have a few more rides. Again though for the $13 (we cam at 6:45) we spent we really...

I stayed at Cherry Hill for 2 months. Everything was good at first and the stay there was nice. They only have monthly until June. On May 23rd a tree was about to fall on my trailer. I could not reach park management. I tried to save my trailer and my truck was damaged in the process. Cherry hills response was "do you think we are liable?" I just asked for some help. They said everyone had to leave by June 1st. I asked for little more time since my tow vehicle was not operational anymore. They gave me till June 15th. Said that it would be $300 I had to pay to get my trailer moved. And have my truck towed. I called the office to make sure everything was taken care of (Had credit card on file) the young lady I talked to said everything was good. I tried to go back this winter and I was denied because outstanding balance. I said must be a mistake and I will come take care of it. This is after numerous calls and emails. Weeks go by I was contacted finally and told by manager I owed $500 and I was stayed to long and was hard to get out. I said no that is wrong she said she could not find my file. Get back to me later. Then I received email months later stating I could not go back because owners would not tolerate my unacceptable behavior. I emailed back again stating it had to be just a mistake and what was my unacceptable behavior? Again weeks later I get a response said because I left owing money that was my unacceptable behavior. Not only did my truck get damaged saving my trailer from there tree. They accuse me of unacceptable behavior even though I called to verify all was taken care of and they took months to respond to me or call back even though I had made repeated attempts to contact them. And to say my behavior was intolerable due to there very slow responsiveness and inability to locate my info. And to not even help in any way with my truck. I liked staying there and I would have liked to go back. But I cannot due to there mistakes not mine. And it is the owner's I am told that said this. So it's a good place until there is a mistake then you are the wrong one and they do not care or respond with any professionalism.

If anyone reading this could actually assist me in determining liability for my truck I would greatly...

I don't give one star reviews, until today. The security guard was very rude and kept driving by our campsite, standing there staring at us, among other things. He was a very creepy guy! I didn't feel safe and ended up staying awake all night to keep an eye out for him. He was very loud driving the cart through the campground at all hours of the night, both nights. I thought this was a family campground. But the strict rules felt more like prison than vacation. It was overpriced to not feel safe. I recommend shifting to a camp host mentality instead of security guard. They were unreasonably strict even for the most respectful campers. FYI It's not quiet time at 10. You must be in your trailer (silently) at 10. Or, he will harass your family. When I asked about what noise level was appropriate he said a whisper only. He also stated "He decides what the rules are". He also said, "if you can't abide by the rules you'll have to go". (Which of course is difficult to define or agree upon, if he can change them on a whim.) Upon review of our agreement, it basically said no loud music or generators. Although according to him anything above a whisper is cause to be removed from the park. We were not loud or boisterous. He shook his finger in my face and said " I don't care what you think, if I say you're being too loud, you're being too loud". I am shocked I paid to get harrassed. Our families are very respectful campers to our neighbors and hosts. I am shocked to be treated with such disrespect for no apparent reason. My kids were upset, in tears and stressed at his public outburst in front of them. This completely ruined our vacation. What a waste of the hundreds and hundreds spent here. I am generally forgiving and defensive of bad reviews. But this place 100% earned zero stars. If zero was an option, that's what it would have received. Plan your...
