My wife and myself grow up at this beautiful Duck Lake channel. Lake Michigan on one side and a warmer Duck Lake on the other side with large sand dunes all around. It was a fantastic place to hangout esp back in the 60s and 70s go swimming to exploring, build a fire and eat and enjoy the whole day. After our kids were born they grow up there as well. Living only a couple miles from the channel the kids road there bikes and would have a blast lots of times they'd stay all day just like Mom and Dad did at there age. We all love growing up in this area. Its changed some but you all should check it out. The people on the beach are always friendly it's a great place for the whole family.Store just down the road with places to spend the night. Beautiful...
