Wolverine Wildcat is a wooden roller coaster at Michigan's Adventure, an amusement park near Muskegon, Michigan. It first opened in 1988 before Cedar Fair purchased the park. It is located in Timbertown, near the Timbertown Railway Station. It was the commonly referred to as the most thrilling ride at Michigan's Adventure until Shivering Timbers was built in 1998. The ride has a double out and back layout that is loosely based on the former Wildcat at Coney Island. Wolverine Wildcat celebrated its 30th year at Michigan's Adventure in 2018, which was also Shivering Timbers' 20th anniversary and Thunderhawk's 10th anniversary. #amusementpark #familyweekend #familytime #family #rayban #raybanmeta #raybansunglasses #thrillseeker #thrillride #DavidH15066 #sixflags #Michigan #michiganstate #muskegon #cedarfair

I recently rode the Wolverine Wildcat and had a great time. The coaster is a bit rough in spots, but it's not enough to ruin the experience. The airtime hills are particularly enjoyable, and the views from the top of the lift hill are amazing. Overall, I would give the Wolverine Wildcat 4 stars out of 5. It's a fun and exciting coaster that's sure to please fans of wooden coasters. However, it's not as smooth as some of the newer wooden coasters, so if you're sensitive to roughness, you may want to avoid it. Fun facts. It's a 2 minute ride and can push 700 people through per hour

Ok little woodie with a nice double up. The load times were taking forever the day I was there. What should have been a 15 minute wait time was close to an hour.

This is by far the ROUGHEST coaster I have ever ridden. I had high hopes for this coaster and well, it let me down hard. The first drop was really good, like too good, mainly cause it's using GCI's Titan Track and it's ungodly smooth, but once that segment ends, the original Wooden track is horrible. I actually though parts of the track was rotten, it was extremely warped, and the train was jackhammering and bouncing painfully the whole ride, I couldn't wait for the coaster to be done. Out of the 160+ Coasters I've ridden, this was by far the worst coaster I've...

The "other" wooden roller coaster at Michigan's Adventure, this one gets upstaged quite a bit by its sibling Shivering Timbers, and understandably so. The Wolverine Wildcat is an older ride, not as large, and can be a bit jerkier in my experience. But it's worth riding at least once if you are a wooden...
