I love that The Factory has so many different options for play! Justin at the front desk helped us out and was extremely informative and accommodating.
I give a three stars for two reasons: communication outside business hours and the safety and security of younger aged children inside the main play area.
For communication, I was not able to get the answers I needed from their website. I called outside of hours and left voicemails, but I never had my calls returned.
For safety, the main play area is accessible for a wide age range. This raises caution for the younger ages/smaller kids. The ball pit is a MAJOR safety hazard. The pit was deep enough that my five year old could not touch the bottom. The pit stays crowded with kids jumping and falling, and I could easily see a very real case scenario of a small child getting caught beneath everyone in the pit and trampled to the point of extreme injury or even worse.. I actually can’t believe it hasn’t already happened.
**If you have small children, please do not let them out of your site in that ball pit.
I advise management to have more strict security staff within the main play area. Better to be a Debbie downer and keep kids safe than for a major accident to happen.
**There were also several kids being dropped off with no guardians with them on site. Management should address this as well. Upper elementary aged kids should not be there alone...
Read moreI was fully prepared for rowdy kids on a Saturday afternoon....what I was NOT prepared for was out of control adults who paid zero attention to the fact that they we're sharing space with kids all the way down to toddlers. The staff (of all teenagers) was friendly, but didn't seem to mind that kids were being ran over by full grown men and women (who didn't even have children with them that I ever saw mind you). I'm in my 30s and these people were my age or better. With the place is at max capacity, I feel like this should have been MUCH better monitored. My daughter ( age 6) had to keep swapping areas because of this group running over her. I'm just as into having fun as the next, but you have to do it respectfully. I have no problem with parents out there playing with their kids...I have a knee injury at the moment or I would be in the middle of it, but come on. My daughter said this was the worst trampoline place she's ever been to after she was ran over the second time, and halfway through our paid time, she was over it. We won't be back. There are plenty of other options that are much safer...
Read moreOur family has been here several times for birthday parties and it's always a great experience. The entire facility is pretty clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and seem to work pretty hard to make the events functional/enjoyable. There are more trampolines than I can count and laser tag which is great, at least two foam pits, a dodge ball area & one or two trampoline basketball goals. They have some of the coolest arcade games in the arcade area including a hurricane simulator, an arena for Virtual Reality games, tickets and prizes, batting cages, air hockey, etc. I can't comment on the pricing for party room rentals because we've only been guests so far but we do plan to rent a party room for our kids in the near future and will update our review when we do. So far it seems worth it to throw incredibly fun birthday parties for your kids because all the kids absolutely love this place. They have drink machines available in the arcade area and a wall full of cubbies to stash your shoes when entering the trampoline/foam pit area. Can't wait to bring the kids back for...
