Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend! I found Western Appliance Warehouse on OfferUp, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first message—just minutes before their closing time—the communication was prompt, professional, and helpful. I find this level of responsiveness and courtesy is rare these days. When we visited the warehouse, we were greeted warmly and felt no pressure at all. The environment was relaxed and respectful, which made for a very comfortable shopping experience. Although we initially came in for just a dryer, we were encouraged to browse without any sales pressure. The sales associate we worked with was polite, patient, and refreshingly honest. If he didn’t have an answer, he didn’t guess—he made a quick call to get the correct information. That level of integrity really stood out. I had a special request that required management approval, and the owner personally got on the phone with me. He was understanding, accommodating, and approved my request on the spot—something I truly appreciated. We ended up purchasing a dryer that came with a 1-year warranty included, with the option to add extended coverage at a very reasonable price. The selection of washers, dryers, and refrigerators was great. I didn’t see many dishwashers or stoves, but I imagine that varies with inventory. Overall, this is a business that clearly takes pride in both its products and its customer service. I’m beyond thankful for this great deal Brian was very helpful and friendly no pressure at all and very professional! I couldn’t beat this deal even used online. They have a wide selection on appliances at very very reasonable prices. The drive is worth every mile! You don’t find places like this that treat you like a person more than a buyer! I will be back and hope their El Monte location gets more inventory soon as it’s very new I’ll be going back! And recommended anyone wanting appliances at a bargain! Their delivery driver Richardo is so kind and friendly I had a minor issue with a cosmetic part of the machine that we don’t know how it happened (it was a tiny scratch on the vessel) which I didn’t see or know how it got there. They immediately helped me out even when Brian was off I was treated very kindly and my issue addressed. Ricardo came the next day to replace the door with the scratch for another one! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! After a nightmare experience with Best Buy (having to refuse TWO refrigerators because they didn’t fit, and dealing with unhelpful, unfriendly service), I was so relieved to find Western Appliance Warehouse.

From the very first message on OfferUp, their team was quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. When I arrived at the warehouse, they took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. I ended up finding the perfect refrigerator—a gorgeous LG Zero Clearance French Door—and to my amazement, it was delivered personally by Eric and his team within just 2 hours of purchase.

The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and such a refreshing change from what I had just gone through elsewhere. Eric and his team truly care about their customers, and it shows in every detail. I will never waste my time with big box stores again—Western Appliance Warehouse has earned a lifelong customer.
