I live this Beach access, there are bathrooms, picnic tables, shelters, a screened in cabin with a Hugh counter and running water with a sink to wash dishes in. There are two separate small ponds with Gators or Crocs ( not sure) beach access, with showers, a viewing deck to view the beach, sidewalks all the way to the beach access, but their are steps on board walk to beach. Lots of huge trees, squirrels everywhere, very private and relaxing areas, perfect for family outings, family reunions, weddings, and much more...also has electric , very clean beach also...

Very secluded and roomy, not at all crowded. Was a bit of a walk, but worth it, to enjoy the waters. Sugar sand, and lots of natural driftwood to enjoy nature. Do not remove any driftwood, you could get a ticket. Parking sort of limited, so get there early. $6.00 fee to get into park. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet, or time with family. Was traveling and asked for nearest beach, and this popped up. Was very hot out, and needed water to swim! No showers, in this area. Restroom, was a small building, more like an outhouse...very stinky.

It is a beautiful beach, very wide. We were there at low tide. That and Driftwood Beach were gorgeous. Granted it was also unseasonably warm also. Lots of people walking by themselves or with dogs. Bike riders too. Definitely want to go back. We only went for w few hours to break up our drive from NY to FL.

Great shady picnic spot. Lots of tables, bathroom, and facilities to prepare food. The parking lot is spacious, though never crowded between the Tuesday- Thursday we came in Mid June. If you take the small trail to the beach.... it is short, but mighty. I would say it is a hike, up stairs, if you have beach toys and gear. We had two chairs, Sunbrella, cooler on wheels, heavy bag, and I thought we were going to die. Be prepared for about 30 steps. The way back to the car is very steep. Up the sand. I would not bring the grandparents. Unfortunately, I would not bring anyone chair bound or on a boot. If they could make it more accessible, more than 5...
