Ackerman Park — Attraction in Glen Ellyn

Speaking exclusively for the park, this one is great. Though not huge, it seems to have a good balance between things to climb on, swing on, and slide down. We really appreciated the shady areas to sit, tables for us to enjoy some food, and best of all, bathrooms and a drinking fountain RIGHT THERE! Nice and tucked back from the road so you don't have to worry about kids near cars, plenty of parking, as well as sports fields and the Park district building...

Big park! I was there to watch a grandchild play soccer. Lots of organized activities and plenty of room for families to use the park. It's very clean. I have not been inside the building but there are restroom facilities which others have told me...

Nice facilities, I usually use the gym and track areas, but there is also a really nice bike path nearby that is fantastic and goes on forever it seems.
