Ridiculous zero stars needs to be a option the customer service here is earful this to the “management FeliCa” I get to the register there is one gentleman In front of me and he’s having issues paying with his card ... him and cashier are talking about the CARD READER ISSUES even mentioning that it has happened at other stores, then my turn in line after his 3rd try was finally successful... same issues won’t read or process properly while we are attempting to try several times he calls the manager felica over In mean time he’s telling me that the main register was having same issue So after 3 try’s still not working she takes me to the other register and try’s again and still nothing She then blames me saying my cards bad and that I need to pay differently Problem is we just used the card a few mins prior so I know it’s working so I assure her it’s not my card but there machine She in her frustration of not knowing how to do her job giving me total attitude by now says sorry don’t know what to tell you !?!?! and she responds with have a nice day !?!?!?! By now I’m steaming so I leave and go to the Glendale heights store and less then 10 mins later I’m checked out no issues and CLEARLY IT WASENT MY CARD ... either Walgreens gets rid of the horrible management or I will end my life long shopping spree with them and find somewhere else to purchase my items ...... Uncalled for unacceptable behavior from management!!!!!! Walgreens has always been a place where the customer feels appreciated and if that is no longer, then my friends, family and I will be no longer customers Walgreens if it wants customer service to go up at this location needs to say BYE FELICA

Read moreI made an appointment online to get my covid booster shot. When I arrived at the appointment time, I waited in line for 15 min just to check in. Then the pharmacy staff member asked for my insurance card. I gave her my Aetna insurance card and she looked at her computer screen for 5 min or so, took the card to another pharmacy staff member and discussed it with him for 5 min or so, then came back and told me I could not get the booster shot at Walgreens because of my insurance. I told her that my insurance will cover the shot no matter where I go to get it. She told me that Walgreens was no longer working with Aetna insurance because Aetna was recently bought out by CVS. Why could this not have been mentioned online when I was making the appointment? I waited at that store for over 20 minutes only to be turned away. Read moreIt would be nice if someone picked up once in a while for the pharmacy. I understand that you are busy. But putting people on hold indefinitely when you aren't ever going to pick up is frustrating. Since there is no way of getting a person on the phone, when you say that our medication will be ready in about an hour, but after 5 hours you are told that they are still working on it is also frustrating especially if you live farther away and never receive any text messages saying that it's ready for pickup. The only 24 hour pharmacy nearby, but it may be better if you wait for another non 24 hour place to be open to get your medication the next day. I hope something can be done to improve the service at...
