Kids park fun! #parkreview #sahm

Fantastic park!! There were several different jungle gyms, slides, swing sets and zip lines for the kids and a gazebo nearby so parties would be a pretty cool idea for sure. There are walkways and trails throughout the park as well as a tennis court. Parking is free and there are trash cans put up all over so it's really clean. It's dog friendly as long as you have them on a leash and there are doggy bags available should you need them. I'm not sure if it's there all the time but when we went there was an ice cream truck too so that made for a great ending to our park adventure. We'll definitely be back again soon!!

Herman Park in Goldsboro, N. C. Is a wonderful place for a family to visit. Such great memories are made here. My favorite tree I always climbed is still there. I know my name is somewhere on it, hopefully.😄 Plenty of picnic tables and shelters, rose garden, tennis courts, wonderful new play area for young children and older adults. No more of the big slides, no more merry go rounds. All gone. More modern now. Make new memories.

I’ve been to this park numerous times with my family. At first I thought it was pretty nice. I always had to pick up trash here and there to keep away from my child & other children (lollipops, soda bottles, etc) which wasn’t a big deal. After todays visit I will not be back here. Luckily my child wanted me to go on the stairs and play with her on the play sets and I’m glad I did. She was crawling through a tunnel and saw something. Showed it to me and it was a small broken piece of glass, a small metal tool of some sort next to a pile of canned goods. I then saw multiple small pieces of glass that other kids thankfully ran past and didn’t get cut. It was very obvious what the broken pieces of glass was used for. Clearly this park has no security of any sort because my child was playing in a spot that someone had been camping out in overnight. It’s a shame. After this and kids way too old for this park intentionally holding up slides so kids couldn’t use I had to cut the park time short which was very unfair for my child. Parents be aware of what’s...

You should probably have police patrolling this park as my daughter and I were racially targeted and bullied out of the park by the mob of people who did not like the we looked differently from them. Very disappointed with our experience and do not recommend this park. My daughter is now afraid to go to any park because she fears for her safety. She was accused of using a racial slur, which was an absolute lie!! And then I was verbally attacked and threatened with physical violence. This is an unacceptable way for adults to act at a park. The town should do better with protecting the safety of ALL...
