Sherman Theatre — Attraction in Goodland

This theater is very special to the city and to it's residents. While some of my big city friends and relatives who visit are astonished by the fact there is only 1 theater as opposed to a multiplex the fact is that the size of our beloved city just wouldn't support that. That doesn't mean that the theater doesn't play great movies; we still had Star Wars playing on opening day and in full Dolby surround too. The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of legroom. The owner, Steve Banda, is always there so if you have a complaint he's in the lobby. Steve Banda used to work at the theater for the previous owner so I guess you could say it must be in his blood. Finally, if you are in Goodland and need something to do go see a show at the Sherman County Theater you won't regret...

Doesn’t get anything unless it’s family oriented which I understand with there being only one theatre in town but to not pull in any marvel movies or dc movies on time is disappointing with a theater in a small town. Those are serious money makers but only want to do childrens movies and a James Bond movie instead of shangi chi. Joke of a theatre when Colby and Burlington have no issues getting anything marvel or dc in on release dates. This theatre needs to do better or it won’t be here for long showing the adams family 2 over Shang chi. Burlington and Colby have no issues getting it so I’ll take my money over there...

Saw the movie "Wonder" there. Went there with close family and a few friends. Its indeed a cozy place to be and they also have mumchables. Nibble on some popcorn and drink as you sit in the cozy atmosphere. I am not really sure about the pricing though...thats because it varies. Unfortunately I think they only show a few of movies per month so it's safe to find out what is showing before making...
