Gateway Church Grand Prairie Campus — Attraction in Grand Prairie

I have been going to this church for over 4 years and always felt something was lacking , I can walk in and may get a few smiles but not much interaction from people working at the church.the virtual screens and no actual pastor over time just made me not want to go . My finally decision to stop going was recently . I am a single mother and the week I went here I was going through a hard time after walking away from my dysfunctional family it was a hard decision and I wanted to be in the presence of good people talking about God. A worker in the kids departments ask me if there was something going on and was super judgmental about me and my kid I noticed the Sunday before she was being judgmental too but I just over looked it. As much as she was trying to act concerned I could see through her behavior. She could’ve just asked to pray for me but she proceed to say “is there something like going on with parenting” as if she felt I wasn’t up to her standards as a parent then proceed to try to pray for me . I thanked her let her pray (because I am going through things) but I’m a good parent and my child is well taken cared of we come dressed nicely every time we attend )but I told myself I won’t be back . Jesus would except a homeless person and not bat an eye but too often have I felt judgement & unfriendliness from people that volunteer her. Oh my goodness!! I got to know Pastor Robert Morris on TBN and all my life I've never seen or met a preacher like Pastor Robert. There's something about Pastor Robert, you just don't see it coming, but wait until he's done with the message of the day, and you'll spend the rest of the day wondering where in the world those words were coming from!! Christianity is a serious business to me and Pastor Robert hasn't failed me one day!! I haven't seen a man of God lately this filled with the Holy Spirit, and you could feel God's love in his heart when he preaches!! The music department is simply the best ever, the staff are truly Jesus children!! Funny..... I'm yet to meet Pastor Robert Morris in person for the past two years I've worshiped at the Grand Prairie campus, that's what they call it!! This is my HOME!! We have been at this church 9 months and it is life changing! Every sermon is something biblical and something you can apply to your daily life. The worship is incredible! Workshops, classes, groups and opportunities abound for almost ANY interest or age level! The most exciting children's department with their own professional-quality Christian children's video sermons (charming characters, motivating music, adorable puppets, and real Bible teaching that is made for kids to understand and apply) in an environment so attractive kids literally race to class ...and don't want to leave afterward! Ps. Robert is so real and instructs without shaming...just healing. This is the healthiest church I have ever...
