They don't have the super screens here with the big comfy seats and the ones they have are mediocre, I kept adjusting my position in the seat because it was uncomfortable. The staff were nice though, the ticket/cashier person was through, he asked for an ID before swiping my credit card because the signature on the back was almost gone, which I appreciated because no one does that anymore. My disappointment was the women's bathroom, it smelled of manure, I thought it was just me but I overheard a group of women coming in commenting about the smell too. I like this location because it's not as crowded so I'll keep coming back.

This art deco theatre is well appointed, with fantastic atmosphere and great murals. The movie prices are reasonable, the concessions not so much. The theatre is not equipped with state of the art video and audio equipment, but is very adequate. I saw Dunkirk here, and the audio was bright, without LFE. The video quality was good. The art deco makes up for these slight shortcomings.

The concession stand won't take AmEx. I know they CAN take AmEx but they don't want to pay the fees. Also I was in theater one and the right side of the screen was faded but the left side was crisp all the way to the edge of the screen. It was a bit distracting. The seats are just not that comfortable either. I'd say pay the extra and go to Bay Park instead.

Went here for the first time last night, me my brother and his girlfriend, drove 2 hours to get here with tickets that had been paid for for months in advance and we were denied entrance. They wouldn’t refund the tickets either. They told us after we drove two hours back home, that if we wanted a refund we would have to drive all the way back there and get it. Even tho when we were there nothing was said about that in advance. And with how much we paid for gas to get there and back how would that even b worth it? My brother didn’t have an ID because he’s only 17 and doesn’t have a license, we have never traveled so he has no passport either and he’s homeschooled so not even a school ID. Both his girlfriend and I had our IDs, and I just thought that was a horrible thing to do considering everything like gas money, the drive alone, the pre- paid tickets she was never even refunded for, etc. So yeah. Not...

Absolutely! Will never come back to this theater again. We came today to see the Minecraft movie. I brought my son who was autistic because he absolutely loves Minecraft. It helps him through his emotions at times. Well as we were sitting there watching the movie, these 15 16-year-old boys decided that they were going to pull his hair throw popcorn in his hair, scream and yell in his ear. Went and talked to a manager and another lady stepped in and said that it is encouraged to do that and that there's nothing they can do until I brought up that it was assault on a disabled child and then they decided to do something about it. They came and they talked to the boys but that absolutely did not solve anything. This was my son's first time going to the movies and he never wants to go back. It is just heartbreaking to see children that cannot experience the same things as other...

I used to go to this Marcus Theaters all the time way back when I was a young boy (since this location is always on the east side of Green Bay, because in my opinion, I love the Green Bay's east side best of all) Watching movies on the big screens, the seats are very comforting (even though they don't match up to other locations like The Bay Park Square location on the westside of Green Bay). The concessions aren't the healthiest (which everyone knows that, I think) Anyway, I still have wonderful memories being here.

November 23rd, 2023 Update: I wish in the next couple of years going forward that this theater can be renovated & upgraded with dream-lounge recliners, and those super-screens like the Bay Park Cinema, as well as the other Marcus cinemas in Wisconsin & the...
