Excellent views of the Goblins from here and of multicolored layered rock formations. There is a nice covered area to sit under with picnic tables and a very large restroom as well. From the overlook you can go down and hike among the Goblin formations (hoodoos). From the overlook there are several trails you can go hiking on as well. Goblin Valley is so unique! We always wanted to go here since it was featured in the movie Galaxy Quest with Tim Allen & Sigourney Weaver. It's a cool place to see and you can climb on the rocks, there was a Snack Coach there when we went so we got some drinks...

The overlook is perfect. Easily accessible restroom. Picnic tables that are covered. Convenient parking. Access to garbage disposal and there is a water spigot. The views are ridiculously amazing, seriously something from a different planet. I love this state park. You need to visits this Utah gem. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed

Exploring the trails during the cooler evening and early morning hours is recommended due to the hot summer weather. Be sure to bring plenty of water, sunscreen and a hat to combat the relentless sun. There are several trails and a place for having refreshments.

This is a really cool place. Nothing else in the world like it! We stopped here for a couple of hours after a longer hike and wandered around the Goblins. When we were done we cooked some food on the tailgate and enjoyed the sunset.

This is a really cool place. Nothing else in the world like it! We stopped here for a couple of hours after a longer hike and wandered around the Goblins. When we were done we cooked some food on the tailgate and enjoyed the sunset.
