Hiked up today to Mount Wrightson via old Baldy trail and I hiked down via the super trail. This trail is more gentle than the old baldy trail which is very steep. I found it flat and super long but I recommend it to hike down from the summit. It gives a complete experience of the mountains and the views are awesome. Just be prepared to be exposed to the sun for most of the trail. It is getting hot in the afternoon.

Took my girl and the 4 kids ages 18months to 12yrs up to the waterfall and its always a nice hike! Just make sure you dont forget to pay the $5.00 Fee or you'll end up with an $80.00 federal citation like I did, even though I was gonna pay it as soon as I got back down from the hike!

Great hiking spot, easy incline on the super trail, Sprung Spring is pleasant, plenty of wildlife to observe, good parking and restroom services. Get a yearly tag for all the local trails spots in Tucson, well worth it.

The Super Trail is always a good hike. It's well marked and maintained. There's always several hikers on the trail every day, so if you need something or answers about the trail, somebody hiking the trail will have the answers. Most of the trail is shaded, making it a goto hike all...
