This is a great little island loop trail in Promised Land State Park, perfect for an easy walk any time of year. The main trail is mostly flat, with two easy spur trails along the water. The trail crossing the middle of the island is a bit more rugged but still manageable. I visited in the summer which was great other than the ticks. Found ticks of all sizes on me during and after the hike.
