Pine Cone Collective is a cute little coffeeshop in Greentown PA. I stopped in while visiting the area for a cup of coffee and a pastry, and it was wonderful! The coffee was hot, the pastry was solid, and the price was <$5. This place is a wonderful stop if you're in the area or just driving by and need a cup of joe! I spoke briefly with the owner who mentioned the history of the building, including how her grandparents used to run a gift shop in the same building. She's actually moving the shop next door (like literally next door) starting tomorrow, with plans to reopen within the next month or so - I'm glad I was able to stop in beforehand!

This is a brilliant, lovely, smartly-run shop near Promised Land State Park. They come in clutch if you're camping nearby. 5 generously-sized bags of firewood were $20 total. There's even a live bait vending machine outside so that you can still access it when the store is closed. Inside, there are all kinds of local gifts and souvenirs, and there is even a small cafe. The vibe was chill and friendly, and I think this is absolutely the spot for creature comforts when you're camping in this part of...
