Another scenic spot in Shanadoah we hiked the Browns Gap loop. It brought us up to and down the Jones Run Trail and its waterfall, and right into the Doyle's River falls trail and up to these falls! We then took the Browns Gap fire road back up to the parking lot. Its about a 6.4 mile hike but so worth it!

Nice short down hill hike Almost 4 miles round trip to see the falls. The upper falls are smaller and the lower falls have two levels of drops making for a very nice picture. The parking lot Doyles River Falls trail head is small and can easily fill up.

GO. 100% worth it. Phone photos dont do it justice. Go see it for yourself And if you're a cosplayer it's an absolute must for a cinematic battle photoshoot

Beautiful! Make sure you continue on to lower falls (.3 miles) to the lower falls post marker. It is down some rocks, but the view is well worth the extra effort. I think it is prettier than...
