Beautiful view but no chairs or tables to sit down. We went at night so although it was somewhat peaceful, it does seem like a local hangout. Maybe for teens/young people and there was a good bit of smoking and drinking going on. We did see some stray dogs there. I think it’s a cool place to check out, but I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it if you didn’t/dont get to see it.
