We are on a quest to rank the best pizza in Puerto Rico. Our first visit was to Fugazeta in Guaynabo. Street parking was available right outside the restaurant. The friendly staff greeted us warmly and quickly sat us down at a cozy table. We opted for the Margarita, a thin-crust pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, a tangy tomato sauce, and fragrant basil. The crust was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of char. The sauce was bursting with flavor, highlighting the sweetness of the tomatoes and balancing the cheese. The large pizza was more like a medium in size, However, the price was a bit high for the portion, especially considering other pizza places in the area. It is a very nice place and it has a spectacular view of San Juan. If you go at night, you will feel a cool breeze continuously. No need for air conditioning. The waiters were very attentive. They attended us quickly without waiting so much. The food was delicious. We ordered a lasagña and pepperoni pizza. It has several televisions to watch your favorite sports and music to ambient the place. We will be back...
