Amazon Hope Thrift Store — Attraction in Guntersville

Went in today and it's a fairly big space but not packed wall to wall. There is quite a bit of clothes for all ages and sizes and the young guy behind the counter was very nice and welcoming to everyone. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because compared to some other Thrift Shops around, some of the prices for some garments were a bit higher and the gap of pricing between 2 shirts was sometimes extreme. Going from $0.98 to $5.98 with similar shirts. I can see their reasoning behind the pricing. It was typically certain brand garments or other things that caused the price to jump a few dollars from garment to garment and there was plenty of good priced things there buy usually I leave a thrift store with at least 5 or more items whether for my kids or myself but this store I only felt comfortable buying a single pair of shorts for my daughter that was more than fair on the price. Don't get me wrong, it's cheap priced clothing all around and plenty to look through, it was just different and a few things were priced too high by comparison of the garment hanging next to it sometimes simply because of the brand and not...

I was shopping for blue jeans and did find one pair in my size and the style I like to wear. I also found two sweatshirts as well and all of the items I bought were in great shape and I bought all three items for only $16.43. The store is easy to shop and they have great selection of clothing for all seasons with name brand choices. They do not have a public restroom available and the children's section was not sized very well not did they have a great selection for boys or girls. I did not shop in the housewares or look through the furniture, but they did have some great looking pieces of furniture and thr housewares looked like there is plenty to choose from. They have shopping carts for your convenience and the parking lot is pretty accessible from the main highway. I recommend this thrift store if you're looking for a great bargain...

I go thrifting A LOT!! I don’t know why I waited so long about checking this store out but I did yesterday. I found several bargains and unique items. The store was so well organized and clean. Very spacious. The manager and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. A young man even toted my items out to the car for me. I also like their store in Boaz.
