I dropped my phone face first on the concrete. The screen protector didn't keep it from breaking; it wasn't shattered, but a fine crack made the touchscreen completely unusable. I used the phone for business and personal and needed it that day. My provider wouldn't repair it but said I was eligible for an upgrade. They said they "put something in it" to help it make a connection. The very next day, the button stopped working. We didn't even use the phone hardly at all and it went right back to the original problem. Paid 44 dollars for nothing! I'll just google the problem myself next time and take a chance....
