Bassett Park — Attraction in Hamden

Excellent park for several different things walking your dog if you have children letting them play on the jungle gym if you're being naughty and you're over the age of 18 I don't need to say anymore ROFL I should not have even said that sorry just being honest!! Only spent time in the dog park, which was pretty nice. Very large fenced area with available water and bowls for the dogs. There is a separate area for the small dogs that wish to only play with other small dogs. During the morning it is not very crowded. Baggies for cleaning up are occasionally available, although there is a lot of old poop left on the ground! A few toys available, and tennis balls. This is one of the best playground with a sand area with toys left by parents and they just built a new spider web climbing on the sand pile. This is a well covered play area with fence and there is a portable potty on the other side of the playground. There's older kids play area and for little toddlers playground.
