If you are looking to just rent this venue, don’t do it. We made the unfortunate decision to rent this place through a 3d party that was going to do the decorations. She was given a $1,500.00 deposit for the hall, when we decided that we were not going to do the decorations with her we asked her to change if we could have the contract changed to our name, she said she talked to the owners/management and they said no, they were not going to change the contract. So if we wanted to continue with the party we had to pay her $600.00 to go sit there to “make sure nothing went wrong”. However, she made us sign a paper stating that if anything happened she would not be held liable but we would. If we didn’t agree to her terms we would lose the $1,500.00 deposit to the hall. We didn’t want to lose the money so we agreed to her terms. That was our mistake, if I would of known what I know now I would of taken the loss, this woman was arrogant, rude and bitter through out the whole thing. First she said we had 3 hours to set up before the party, then she went to 2.5 and finally she said 2, if we wanted the extra hour it was going to cost us $100.00 ($50 for her/$50 for the venue). If she would of said 2 hours from the beginning I would of asked for a 3rd or possibly a 4th without a problem, but her or the venue’s inconsistency was ridiculous. She had an issue with everything every step of the way. We had 250 guests, I don’t know what is the max capacity for the large side that we were in, but it was clear that this place does not have the capacity to safely and comfortably seat 250 people. Shame on us for not checking that first I guess. The front tables had to get out of their seat so the back tables could get in or out. 5 tables were hidden from the entire event. During the party the power for the DJ went out twice, it was during these two time that the owner/manager came out angry about, she was even more mad about it than us. The first time it cut off was right before the quinceañera was about to dance with her mom. The second time was towards the end when the robot came out, my niece was so upset. Several of our guest hear her angry blaming the DJ not the venue, honestly we didn’t care who was at fault, we weren’t even looking for an apology from anyone, I just wanted it fixed. Overall the place is nice, there are small updates that if they paid attention to it would make a huge difference, for example, two of the stalls in the women’s bathrooms are broken so you can’t lock the doors, and they are tiny. There is no handicap bathroom. There was a leak in one of the sinks so there was a puddle of water in front of it. The food area is next to the bathrooms, walking through that hallway to get your food can be unpleasant at times. There are weeds near the fountain area. However, you can oversee all these details if the management was nicer, and more welcoming. I won’t say anything about the work that Tika Decorations does when it comes to decorating, I actually admire their work. I can’t say anything about her staff either, I went to a party there a few weeks ago where they were in charge and her staff was very friendly. Sadly their management has some improvement to do. Whether we like it or not, in business the customer is always right, without the customer the business is nothing. Good, welcoming, flexible, customer service will always draw people back. From our first meeting, they truly understood our vision and went above and beyond to bring it to life. Gina made the entire process stress-free and fun. From the very beginning, she was very professional, attentive, and full of creative ideas that made our vision come to life. The decorations were stunning, every little detail was perfectly planned. Our guests were blown away, and most importantly, my daughter felt so special and loved every moment. Thank you so much, she made my life so much easier. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, she even took the time to contact some of them for me, taking so much of the stress off my shoulders. She was a pleasure to work with and played a huge role in making the event a success. I can’t imagine having done it without her! One of the most emotional moments was the reveal of the venue to us and our daughter—it truly took our breath away. Seeing her eyes light up and realizing how perfectly everything came together brought a lot of joy. Gina added her own creative magic to make the night truly special. The venue looked beautiful, and the atmosphere was just perfect. The waitstaff was so attentive and genuinely cared for our guests throughout the evening. They also took the time to pack everything up for us and Hector even loaded it into our car at the end of the night. That level of care and service made a lasting impression, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the night. If you're planning an event, I highly recommend choosing the waitstaff team. The venue itself is spacious and exceptionally clean, providing the ideal setting for a memorable event. I would truly recommend The Rose Garden to anyone looking for a gorgeous, well-maintained space with outstanding service.

Read moreI recently celebrated my daughter’s quinciañera and it was amazing. The staff were really professional and respectful, very friendly and they did everything on time. The hall is beautiful, very clean and has a good parking lot. The place had the privacy for my daughters, change of clothes and for our belongings. Everything was very secure with key combinations. Gina and Hector were amazing. I was able to drop off decorations the day before we had to decorate and when we came back the day off, Gina and Hector had put out the decorations and all our tables were done. This literally brought me to tears because when I said thank you and I asked them, Why they did it?, they told me that they saw my limitations to move around do to my health, and they had decided to help me. Not everyone does that without getting pay for it. They also help us with ideas to better our decorations but always respecting our wishes. The crew that was there with Gina and Hector, there were very respectful and with good manners, friendly, and their appearance were very neat. At the end of the party, they were very quick and efficient, putting everything away and packing all the leftovers, so I really recommend to get the crew. Thank you so much for a great experience, for helping me with the party and for contributing in giving my daughter a beautiful quinceañera. I know this is a long review but I needed to make sure that everyone knows that there still people out there in this business that do this mostly out of love for there profession and not just for the money.
