I love this museum. This was my 2nd visit. I tookmy oldest Grandson a few years ago. This kid was not as blown away by all the things black people had invented, but he did gather information and pictures for a school project, as the older grandson. He spent an 11/2 hrs in just those 2 rooms. This middle kid was all about the slave era all the way up to the 60's. The original KKK clothes really got to both of us, so hard to look at. There is a wealth of knowledge to learn here even now. I am glad I found this on the list of places documenting the African American Heritage Trail and I am glad I came.
