Several ball fields and a playground that looks impressive. The playground has some really cool stuff to play with/on, but it's function is a bit off. First, it was extremely hot. Just about everything my 22 month old touched was too hot to play with. It was a very hot September day that made all the metal & plastic untouchable. He couldn't crawl through, sit on or hold onto anything! Fortunately, he LOVED to run through ALL the corridors. But, due to the heat, he quickly became overheated; so, we left less than 10 min after arriving. I would imagine, it's like this all summer for most kids. Second, it's those corridors that divide the playground into a bunch of sections. Maybe that's a good thing for older kids (in all fairness the park is marked that it's for 5-7 yr olds); but, there were 2 other families, both with preschoolers, and we all thought that it was tough to stay near our child. A little bit of freedom could quickly allow a huge separation. I can imagine that friends playing together can easily get lost from each other by ending up in these very divided sections. Third, a warning which has nothing to do with the park: this area is 25 mph....
Read moreThis place is fantastic. My son's team has played soccer here a number of times. The turf field is well maintained. The lighting is good also. When you first come into the park, there is a kick ball field on your left. For ADULTS. That's pretty cool. You then have roller hockey after that and then, I think volley ball court after that. On the right you have, (1) a soccer field/lacrosse field/football field. (2) Next to that you have 3 more soccer fields. All the fields are being used, whether for practice, coed soccer or regular soccer games like our team. And last but not least it has a real bathroom, which is always nice for the ladies. No porta-potties. It also has a nice paved walking path to get some exercise on....
