Great sand beach in a protected harbor so few, mild waves. The beach is bisected by a long pier you can walk down, fish from, or jump off (though I am not sure the last one is officially condoned). We kayaked out to the lighthouse and then spent an hour crisscrossing back and forth looking for the Dorcas shipwreck. It's not very big as far as the beach and park were concerned but the restroom facilities we're clean and there was a concession stand as well as kayak rentals. There is also a long pier that has lots of benches for fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
