Very nice park for a short hike. The longest trail is 1.95 miles (yellow) with few scenic overlooks. Summertime those views are a little blocked by trees though. Good place to take your kids for nature hike or a picnic. Trails are well marked, some upkeep needed on the benches and picnic tables, but I never expect places like this to even have them, so it is a nice that they already exist. Lots of rocks available to sit on :) if needed. I visited this park numerous times in different seasons and never got disappointed. There are not too many visitors too. There is a nice pond close to where you park so it isnt too far to go if you like fishing. The bad part, flies. Not house flies, but tiny little monsters that go for no other place than your eyes in swarms! We went without bug spray as we had not needed it in previous hikes on other trails. My daughter was very unhappy and never wanted to come back, and she LOVES hiking. Just be sure to bring bug spray or portable napalm or a flame thrower when you come.
