Harlowton Milwaukee Depot Museum — Attraction in Harlowton

This is a museum in progress and it shows. I do consider the Harlowton museum to be a must-see on the list of things a Milwaukee Road railroad fan should do while traveling along the path of the Pacific extension. I should explain that while the museum buildings and rolling stock are fantastic exhibits, the inside of the depot is being renovated right now and things look a bit messy. It's clear that this will improve going forward, but I have to take a couple stars off anyway because it detracts from the experience. I hope to be able to write an even better review in the future once all the planned changes and updates are completed. Loved this place the history of Electric locomotives ends here . The Milwaukee Road Depot Musem has been loving curated by the local community, some who were here to see these Giants decomissioned.
