Our family loves going to alligator rock! It's tricky to find but a little gem. The rock doesn't look much like a gator anymore since a swell dislodged one of the rocks, but this is a great place to enjoy the NS in peace. The snorkeling is solid, not the best but I'd give it a 6 out of 10. Cool area for kids to climb on the rocks and explore.
