Human ourselves are not the only species that enjoy sun-bathing. Turtle also likes sun-bathing as well. With a little effort to stroll along the sand to a little bit more seclusive area, one can sport turtles on the sand beach, sometimes they lie on the Rocky area but mostly, they prefer sand. They can sun-bathe for hours without moving at all. Sometimes, one can see a family of turtles staying next to each other. Some pair off - look like a couple - to...

Really great place for all the family especially safe for the kids to paddle in the water as the banks of the sands gradually decline. The beach is very flat & easily accessible The sunset here are spectacular. We called this the salt & pepper beach as the sand look like salt and pepper, also because we couldn't remember how to pronounce the name! until we heard this beach also goes by the name A-bay. A beach worth visiting on...

Great peaceful experience and something to check out when you go to the Big Island. Bring good supportive shoes (not sandals unfortunately) if you would want to walk along a good portion of the shoreline (where you will see sea turtles); there are a lot of lava rocks to walk on. There is free public parking with a short walk to the beach. It is on the left when you reach the gated community of Villa...

Best Beach’s To Visit In Hawaii Hāpuna Beach: One of the island of Hawaiʻi’s most expansive white sand beaches loaches along the Kohala Coast. This beach has consistently been rated on international Top Ten lists of the islands’ best beaches. The beach is perfect for swimming, bodyboarding, sunbathing and snorkeling. 49 Black Sand Beach: This beach is located is located on a volcanic bay near Mauna Lani Resort. While many nearby beaches have white sand due to the breakdown of offshore coral, 49 Black Sand Beach’s sand is composed primarily of fine grains of lava. The water is clear and offers beautiful snorkeling conditions. The location is also ideal and doesn’t get crowded much. However the water isn’t the best for swimming for as the beach has a lot of rocks. Magic Sands Beach: The beach is located in Kona and is perfect for swimming as there is little to no rocks. In the summer this beach is the most ideal for swimming as the water is calmer while in the winter the beach has more heavy shore break & waves which has better conditions for boogie boarding Anaeho’omalu Bay: This is a long sandy beach is popular to both locals and visitors. Located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, it’s easily accessible and a good beach for all ages. This bay is also protected by an offshore reef, which makes it safe except during high surf. ✨Save this for your next Hawaii trip #hawaii #travel #travelhawaii #hawaiireels #hawaiibeaches
