This garden seems to have fallen a bit short of it's original glory. Some signage is missing and present signs point to plants that no longer exist here. However, it is still a captivating place that definitely deserves 20-30 minutes of your time! I don't know if it was designed with Feng Shui principles in mind, but I definitely felt harmonized with the surroundings. It was like an invisible, positive force was drawing me down through the gracefully descending terraces.
By far, the most stunning exhibit is the pergola with all the dangling Blue Jade Vines swinging in the breeze. It's quite dramatic, the way it transforms the garden entry into some kind of exotic portal. You will laugh at the African Sausage Tree and be entertained by the Ponytail Palm with it's giant "elephant's foot" caudex at the far end of the property.
