University Heights Park — Attraction in Hawaii

A sweet little park nestled on a quiet street above the University in a very quiet neighborhood. Private homes surround the park where, the kids can run free and play. The covered pavilion has two clean, restrooms on the mauka side. Makai side has a sweeping view of the ocean. Reserve the pavilion for an ideal place to celebrate special occasions. First birthday luau for little Miss Rhlyee P., was spectacular even during the off and on torrential rain. Sooo much food from my favorite chef, with so many good people! A massive water slide was rented for the keiki to enjoy, which they did raining or not. Of course this Aunty went down the slide, once! On my way out! P.e.r.f.e.c.t. landing on my feet, remaining relatively dry! Didn't even trip getting out. Reserve the pavilion at University Heights Park and you will be happy with your choice! Close on street parking near pavillion. The grass is nicely maintained, no rubbish outside...

Park was very clean and maintained well. The bathroom was stocked and clean. The Pavillion was clean, the rubbish cans was emptied and the picnic tables was cleaned also. It would've had 5☆'s if there was a playground...
