I threw my sons 1st birthday party here this last February and we frequently visit this place for the kids to be in a safe and clean environment. BUT, to throw a party... where you pay almost $500 for 1 hour of play {for children this is not enough time} and ONE HOUR in the Party Room which to my opinion was below standards, even below the Hayward Chucky Cheese that I rarely but have visited.
The floors were sticky, the tables were sticky, the benches along the tiny 7' wide space were also sticky. The Party Themed Birthday Napkins and table cover was something out of 1984. Really out dated and did not appeal to the kids or the other parents liking.
Most were surprised for the amount I paid I would have at least mediocre napkins and table covers. The Plates and SPORKS?!?! Paper fall apart plates that cannot hold the Pizza slices. They are those plates found at the 99 cents store. Sporks, that cannot correctly Fork a good portion of fruit. And they rush you in the party room, staff is always coming in to intervene every 5-6 minutes with " You only have _ time left, do you want to do the cake... do you want us to do the cake for you? Cut the cake for you? serve the cake for you?
NO! I want this intimate "PRIVATE Party for my family guests and friends. Not for your staff to constantly be giving a run down of time. I even tried to speak with the owner of the facility, but was only addressed by the supervisor {{the sweetest and most helpful of the entire staff}}
The manager was "too busy tending to her new location somewhere in Fremont." I had asked for more of a discount or an extension of time for my party since we often visit and refer people to this place. She came back with , "No this is the set price......""
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ on booking a Party, or what I Booked - A Private Party here.... NOT WORTH THE $$$$ almost $500 after everything}. THE INVESTMENT in TIME to Plan, the Memories you want to create, is not going to happen here!
RENT A HALL that you can have decorations, cater in your OWN FOOD that you actually enjoy as will your guests.
PURE DISAPPOINTMENT The owner/manager and her young teen staff... UGH need professional development and better customer service {again supervisor was a sweetheart]
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND $500 on One hour of Play, One Hour in Party room where you cannot return to the play area afterwards, nor can your guests come back later in the day at a discounted rate and would have to pay full price to be in the facility.
A True Kids Heart Breaker.... A Teaser.... With Parties they get you in, then get you right back out in those 120 minutes of booked time.
Go here for play all day fun using a Groupon. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR MEMORIES FOR those first 5 years of...

We had a birthday party which was effortless, the least amount of work, as they provide table cloths, paper plates, napkins, spoons and forks. And they provided their socks.
We used their pizza and instead of juice, were given a case of water. This was preferred, as we wrote names on the bottles, and there was enough for adults also. For parties, the ratio tends to be at least one adukt per child, so 15 kids means 15 adults. So case of water was appreciated by adults. My only regret is not ordering more pizza, we had 2 large and it really was barely anough for 15 kids. (I am more used to Costco sized pizza). But other than parents probably went hungry, it was perfect for kids. The room looked nice, everything set up for us. They allowed us to come in early to set up. For quick more personal decorations, we used 3 of the dollar store 18 inch birthday inflatables, (at $1.25 each an amazing bargain) which you blow up yourself. Add 2 Dollar store birthday balloons, and the room looked nicely decorated. Next time I would cut one dollar store table cloth down the middle for the two side tables where the cake/cupcakes sit, juice, and gifts. We also brought small first aid kit, large package wipes, handy for kids hands, permanent marker (for names on water bottles and gift bag), and tissue, which we used as napkins.
We had flashing necklaces for each child to wear when they came in, which allowed us to track our kids in the upper stories. I think I may do this again, although a smaller version.
There will be many more visits, this is the 6 year olds favorite play place, even picking this...
Read moreA nice way to let your kids have some fun in a relatively safe environment. Free wifi, an interesting variety of things to do (a play structure, a play area for kids 3 and under, some interactive screens, a ball chute, some manual spinning chairs).
We didn't have any issues with kids or parents. It wasn't too loud or obnoxious...the seating for parents is relatively uncomfortable (but I'm sure there is a few reasons for that, there are 2 pay-operated massage chairs in the back if you want).
It was visibly clean, and I saw a staff member vacuum while I was there. There was hand sanitizer in certain areas.
My major complaint that is on the weekend, if you pay for unlimited play, you cannot leave. I suppose it's a good way to force a limit on people without taking responsibility, but why not make 3 tiers and perhaps charge a bit more for in and out privilege?
Knowing this, I think I'll plan things a little differently next time, but I wouldn't mind bringing my son back every...
