Due Ruscelli Vineyards — Attraction in Healdsburg

A beautiful tasting room in a spectacular area of Healdsburg. The owner/winemaker was in the tasting room, and more than happy to talk about the wine making process and his wines. All of the wines are created from vines on the estate except for one new blend. Primitivo vines are grown on the estate. If your taste runs to sophisticated red wines, you must try these the next time you're in Sonoma county. I left the estate with two cases of their juice in my trunk. I will be back.

This was my fourth visit to the winery. We went to the release party. The winemaker/ owner is now buying some grapes from other vineyards in the area.
